SOFF CRICKET RETURN &

BOOKING POLICY

For lane and bowling machine bookings, please note the following booking policy is in effect:

(1.1) If provided with a minimum one week notice from the date of booking, SOFF will provide a full refund via the original payment method. 

(1.2) If provided with less than a one week notice of cancellation, booking will only be refunded if another group books the original slot. Partial refunds will be offered if another group books a portion of the original booking. 

(1.3) If the booking is made within less than a week’s notice, in other words, there is less than one week from the date of booking from the session date, policy 1.2 is in effect.

Please ensure all players and attendees within the practice facility have read and signed the liability waiver. Liability waiver is accessible here.

Please consult the following rules for product purchases at SOFF Cricket:

 (2.1) No returns or refunds for any of the following items:

(2.1.1) Any undergarment purchases are final sale. Items include abdominal guards, jockstraps, and underwear. No returns or refunds will be accepted undergarments.

  (2.1.2) Bat purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any bats.

  (2.1.3) Ball purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any ball purchases.

  (2.1.4) Bat grips are final sale. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any bat grips.

 (2.2) Returns on equipment (includes: helmets, gloves, protective pads, shoes and kit bags) will only be accepted if it is unused or unworn, in their original packaging and within one week of purchase. No returns or refunds for any equipment that have been used.

 (2.3) Returns on clothing items (shirts, shorts, pants, cricket whites) will only be accepted if they are unworn and within one week of purchase. No returns or refunds for any clothing items that have been worn.

 

If the purchased product is defective or damaged, returns and refunds will be eligible for one week after purchasing.
