SOFF liability waiver is available online now for you to download and read before coming to SOFF Cricket.

Please click here to download a copy. It is a must for everyone to sign the liability waiver before entering the PLAYING AREA at SOFF Cricket.

Also, parent or guardian must sign for anyone under 18 years of age.

If you have made a reservation, it is your responsibility to make sure everyone will be able to satisfy liability waiver requirements above. Those who cannot do so will not be permitted to enter the facility and any payments for the reservation will not be refunded as a result.
